Must relate well with surgeons, office personnel, nursing personnel and other departments. Physicial Requirements and Working Conditions: 2-3 years experience in hospital setting or similar position. 3)Updating physician privilege books as determined by the Medical Staff Office. 2)Maintaining effective rapport and communication with all surgeons regarding case order and time, cancellations and substitutions, via phone or personal communication. 1)Working with the Chairman of the Utilization Committee as necessary. Identifies and achieves resolution of scheduling problems. 3)Preparing a completed schedule on the afternoon prior to the schedule to provide documentation for the next day's schedule.
